It is the mission of the Spray Booth Safety Administration to provide a high quality, independent, third party Certification Program that promotes the safe design, construction, installation, inspection, and use of spray booths and other types of finishing equipment. While quality improvement is the responsibility of every SBSA employee, Certification Program Participant, and Member and Associate Member Company, it is the quality control measures within each Certification Program’s Participation Manual and Quality and Operational Procedures that ensure SBSA’s industry recognized certification marks maintains a high degree of integrity.

 

 

Proper Airflow

A spray booth must have 100fpm airflow to meet current NFPA-33 code.

Door Sensors

Roof Storage

The roof of the spray booth needs to cleaned and kept free of trash or storage.
